    “The First Citizen Award was first bestowed upon a Seattle resident in 1939.  The award is given on behalf of the residents of the Puget Sound area to symbolize their appreciation for those who devote themselves to our community.”  We now celebrate the 70th annual Seattle – King County Association of Realtors First Citizen Award; Seattle’s oldest community service award.
